LOVE Island star Adam Collard put his house up for sale before moving to Mallorca to make his big comeback on the show.
Adam26, first appeared in the 2018 series of the ITV2 reality show but has now returned to the villa to cause trouble.
But before leaving his Newcastle home, he engaged estate agents before putting it on the market for £265,000.
Adam’s house is a three bedroom semi-detached house and is located in the Throckley area of Newcastle upon Tyne.
Described as a ‘family home’, the property has a lounge, WC and large modern kitchen/breakfast room with patio doors leading to the garden.
Adam’s outdoor space is mainly paved with a strip of lawn and he has a seating area for soaking up the sun.
Upstairs Adam has two double rooms – one with an ensuite – and a single room, which he uses as a dressing room.
He has also transformed his second bedroom into a makeshift studio for recording videos and podcasts on social media, equipped with microphones and headphones.
Adam has maintained a neutral color scheme of gray and cream throughout his home to match his chic kitchen and bathrooms.
He has decorated his lounge wall with funky pictures of singer David Bowie and has a framed Newcastle United shirt ready to hang on the wall in his studio room.
The estate agent has described Adam’s home as “beautiful”, adding that they “highly recommend an internal viewing to appreciate the accommodation and location on offer”.
