Munich, Germany – IONITY makes High Power Charging (HPC) with no less than 350 kW affordable for everyone. The leading pan-European HPC network for electricity vehicles (EVs) of all brands introduces country-specific rates to respond flexibly customers' charging needs.
From May 28, IONITY will reduce IONITY DIRECT charging prices in 12 European countries. In addition, IONITY is introducing two new rate plans with flexible, tailor-made conditions the different kilometers of customers. IONITY PASSPORT MOVEMENT and IONITY PASSPORT FORCE offer significant price reductions compared to ad hoc charging. Depending on the country and the tariff, prices per kilowatt hour are available from EUR 0.26.
With the new PASSPORT rates, IONITY offers tailor-made, cost-efficient ultra-fast charging options for long-distance business and recreational trips throughout Europe, but also for daily use.
- IONITY PASSPORT MOTION: Ideal for users who drive approximately 150 km per month. The basic monthly amount pays for itself with just one charging session per month at IONITY.
- IONITY PASSPORT POWER: Suitable for anyone who drives more than 300 km per month or charge their vehicle batteries at IONITY approximately three times a month. Perfect for longer holiday or business trips, but also for regular trips.
Rates at a glance
Both rates offer flexible terms and conditions and allow IONITY customers to switch plans based on their situation and needs, for example during the holidays. The subscription can be booked at any time via the IONITY APP and can be canceled with just one month's notice. Customers who register now will benefit from a reduced basic rate for the first time month. Prices per country are published transparently and accurately on the IONITY website and IONITY app.
