Jack Grealish has revealed that the Copenhagen goalkeeper joked that Erling Haaland is ‘not human’ during Manchester Cityis emphatic Champions League victory over the Etihad.
Haaland continued his sensational form with two more goals as Man City defeated Denmark’s Copenhagen side 5-0 on Wednesday night.
The 22-year-old, who has now scored 19 goals in his first 12 appearances for Pep Guardiola’s side, looked on track to register his third hat-trick of the season before being taken at halftime.
“Honestly, it’s unbelievable,” England forward Grealish said of Haaland. ‘I’ve never experienced anything like this in my life.
“I just had to laugh at the first and second goal. He is always there.
“The keeper said something to me as I walked back. He said, “he’s not human!” I said, “Are you telling me?” Hopefully he can continue this form and take us to glory.”
