It was a turbulent summer for the station as it lost five of its most popular presenters: Doireann Garrihy, The 2 Johnnies, Jennifer Zamparelli and Donncha O'Callaghan.
In an unexpected turn of events, Garrihy, Zamparelli and The 2 Johnnies all left within a week.
Bláthnaid Treacy, which airs from 9am to 12pm all weekend, drew 7,000 viewers on Saturday and 18,000 viewers on Sunday, bringing her total audience to 136,000 and 128,000 respectively.
The presenter, who took over as host in May, returned to work seven weeks after the birth of her first child, a girl named Nancy Claire, in June last year.
The most recent JNLR figures relate to listening figures in April, May and June.
RTÉ Radio 1 also saw listenership increase across most programmes except News at One, which lost 6,000 listeners to 295,000 after parting ways with regular presenter Bryan Dobson in May.
Dobson retired from RTÉ after a 37-year career, presenting his last show on 3 May.
Gavin Jennings took over from Dobson, but was permanently replaced by Rachael English in mid-July.
On the other hand, Newstalk's morning listenership has increased.
The Pat Kenny Show The numbers represent an increase of 15,000 listeners, reaching a record 244,000 daily listeners.
Newstalk Breakfast with Ciara Kelly and Shane Coleman also reached a record 168,000 listeners, an increase of 11,000.
Back to 2FM, Breakfast with Carl & Aifric has grown from 6,000 to 9,000 listeners every morning to 149,000.

Garrihy, who gave three weeks' notice, presented her final breakfast show with O'Callaghan and Mullan on Friday 31 May after five years at the broadcaster, citing her podcasts and travel as reasons for her departure.
Rugby star O'Callaghan shocked listeners when he too announced he was leaving RTÉ 2FM. He presented his final show on 5 July.
The Laura Fox Showwhich was previously fronted by Jennifer Zamparelli, has increased by 6,000 to 141,000.
Zamparelli announced on May 23 that she would not return to her daily three-hour program after 10 years.
The presenter had been absent from her show for several weeks when she made the announcement.
The daily 2FM programme from 3pm to 6pm, previously presented by The 2 Johnnies but now presented by Beta Da Silva, attracted 6,000 more listeners than before, to 157,000.
The Tipperary comedy duo of Johnny 'Smacks' McMahon and Johnny 'B' O'Brien left the station at the end of May to focus on their podcast and TV work.
Lottie Ryan and David O'Reilly took over temporarily in June, while Da Silva only took over last month, so the impact of his arrival has yet to be registered.
Tracey Clifford has 128,000 listeners every lunch break, an increase of 7,000.
Meanwhile on RTÉ Radio 1, Morning Ireland the number of listeners increased by 17,000 to 486,000, an increase of 46,000 compared to the previous year.
Brendan O'Connor's weekend show from 11am to 1pm on Saturday is down 12,000 to 340,000. However, this is still an increase of 2,000 year-on-year.
O'Connor's Sunday show also drew 9,000 fewer viewers, at 346,000. However, this is still an increase of 23,000 compared to last year.
Miriam O'Callaghan's one-hour show on Sunday attracted 5,000 more listeners this year (in three months) than ever before: 309,000.
Oliver Callan's hour-long morning show currently attracts 336,000 viewers from 9am, an increase of 6,000 in the same period.
Comedian Callan took over the role permanently from Ryan Tubridy, who last appeared on TV in June last year.
The program had an audience of 343,000 in February of this year. In November of last year, the slot had a weekday audience of 347,000.
Today with Claire Byrne has seen her book increase by 3,000 listeners, meaning she now has a daily audience of 344,000.
Ray D'Arcy's slot has risen by 10,000 to 191,000 and Driving time with Sarah McInerney and Cormac Ó hEadhra, this book has increased by 4,000 copies to 224,000 copies.
Joe Duffy's Living line has increased by 1,000 listeners to 302,000.
Meanwhile, Newstalk's Lunchtime Live with Andrea Gilligan, the number of listeners has increased by 19,000, meaning that 137,000 people now tune in every day.
Moncrieff with Sean Moncrieff also saw a rise in audience figures, up 3,000 to 108,000 and The emergency lane with Kieran Cuddihy rose by 7,000 to 155,000.
Newstalk is now the most popular national talk station for 20- to 44-year-olds. Every week, 184,000 people from this target group watch Newstalk.
On Today FM, The Ian Dempsey Breakfast Show now has 210,000 listeners, down from 6,000 who tune in every morning.
Dave Moore celebrated his one-year anniversary of his show with 223,000 listeners, up 7,000 from this time last year but down 5,000 since March. Dave Moore remains the most listened to show on the station.
Louise Cantillon receives 131,000 listeners every day between 12:00 and 14:00, a decrease of 8,000.
Ray Foley now attracts 155,000 afternoon listeners, down from 6,000 this book.
The Last Word with Matt Cooper attracted 171,000 viewers, this book resulted in a loss of 10,000.
