Kate Beckinsale could give you average Disney princess has a run for her money for embracing the animals in her environment, while sharing her bond with a local fox cub.
The 48-year-old actress revealed that she has built a trusting relationship with a fox cub who visits her mother’s garden and even lets her hand feed and pat her on the head.
Kate shared on her Instagram story a photo of her cub napping on a padded sofa in her mother’s yard before sharing some adorable videos of the couple hanging out.
The Widow Star shared a clip of her opening the back door and seeing the young fox eagerly sitting on the doormat, asking him, ‘Have you come for your tea? Come on let’s go.’
In the next cutscene, Kate was seen sitting at a small wooden table and chairs in the yard as the fox got up on its hind legs and rested its front legs on her paw to get a tasty morsel from her fingers.
Kate seemed undaunted as she hand fed the animal, with the fox gently taking the pieces of meat from her grasp without biting her fingers.
At one point Kate was even seen stroking the fox’s head and saying to the camera, ‘He’ll let you pet him’.
Keeping her fans updated on her adventures with the fox, Kate first revealed in late June that the cub had visited her mother and stepfather.
She told her followers at the time: “My parents have a new boyfriend – a foxy cub who wants to hang out. I’m so jealous I had to break open Clive’s summer dungarees.”
Clive, her cat who loves costumeswas also seen in his best dungarees at the end of the series of photos Kate shared of the fox.
The cat has become something of a star among Kate’s followers for his willingness to pose in an array of excellent costumes on her social media page.
She really is the real Snow White.
