Kate Middleton’s parents have George, Louis and Charlotte ‘to themselves for a while’ | Royal | News

George, eight, and Charlotte, seven, will complete their full-year studies on Friday, with two months off before moving to a new school. A royal expert has suggested Kate and Prince William have plans to keep the couple and Louis busy this summer.

Royal expert Ingrid Seward said: “The three children are incredibly athletic and so are their parents.

“The focus will be very much on outdoor activities, with swimming, fishing, hiking, horseback riding and sailing.”

Ms Ingrid said that while the Cambridge Royal Family will continue to do activities with the children, they may travel further abroad.

Speaking to The Sun, Ms Ingrid said the Cambridge Royal Family will be calling on Carole and Michael to babysit their three children.

She told the outlet: “It’s been a long holiday so I’m guessing Carole and Michael Middleton, as grandparents, will probably have the kids a little bit of the summer to themselves.

“They usually go to Balmoral to spend some time with the Queen and the rest of the family and this year I think they will also go abroad for a short while probably to Mustique as William and Kate are having a change from surroundings.”

The royal expert added that the Covid pandemic has deterred the Cambridges from taking their children abroad.

Ms Ingrid added: “William and Kate haven’t been abroad much in recent years with the kids apart from a trip to Jordan in the fall so I think they would like to go back to Mustique this year.

“They have all the infrastructure there that they need, they have a no-fly zone and all kinds of things to really have some privacy.

“The Middletons are very helpful with all of this and Carole organizes the Mustique trips.”

Carole and Michael Middleton, the Duchess’s parents, live at Bucklebury Manor, in Pease Hill in Bucklebury, a West Berkshire village.

Kate grew up in Berkshire, but lives between Kensington Palace Apartment 1A and Anmer Hall, on the Sandringham Estate in Norfolk, England.

It comes after body language expert Judi James told Express.co.uk that photos of Kate and Carole in Ascot in recent years show the Duchess was “in harmony” with her mother.

Ms James explained: “Having seen Kate form such a solid and tightly synchronized body language double act with husband William for so many years, it is fascinating and quite sweet to see her even more in tune with her mother Carole when it comes to to mirror and mimic signals.

Carole and Kate look like twins in body language in many of their most recent poses together, so much so that it’s hard to see who’s mimicking who.

“They are also always drawn to a state of physical closeness, standing with their arms close or touching each other and their facial expressions suggest joy in each other’s company.”
