Just hours later, the news broke that they are having a baby through surrogacy.

Khloe, 38, and Tristan, 31, are expecting a second child together who just floored fans.
According to TMZtheir new addition after True, 4, will be born via surrogate and is expected to arrive “within days”, if not “already”.
Khloe’s reps confirmed the pregnancy in a Twitter pronunciation saying that “True will have a sibling conceived in November.”
It’s all coming after the NBA player cheated on the reality star last year and allowed to father a child with his mistress Maralee Nichols.
Khloe and Tristan’s conception date comes before his infidelity was discovered by her on her Hulu show.
The famed TV personality has yet to make a public announcement about the new addition to the family.
The surely crushing blow to Khloe, however, came as they both shared messages on the same day.
First Tristan shared a Instagram post with a positive self-improvement mantra.
‘STEP-BY-STEP’
The photo marked Tristan’s first post in almost a month and posed at the base of a long pillar of stairs.
The NBA baller looked down, as if in a contemplative state, as he stood on the bottom steps.
He captioned the photo: “You can’t fall if you don’t climb.”
“No luck living your life on the ground. Keep climbing, step by step.”
Interestingly enough, it came just hours after Khloe shared a post with the same caption.
In the photo, the founder of Good American stood in hip-deep ocean water with her back to the camera.
Khloe donned one of her sister’s SKIMS silver metallic swimsuits as she brushed her wet hair back from her face.
With the horizon in the distance, the clear blue sky and the sea-green ocean, the TV personality captioned the post, seemingly reflecting on past mistakes: “There’s no point looking back.”
‘I WAKE UP THE BABY ONLY’
Many fans wondered if all this means the couple is back together, someone tweeted: “So when this one is born will she come back to him??? Poor kids.”
However, Khloe has spoken openly with her close friends about the… pregnancy since “before Christmas”, according to a page six source – and about staying strong and single.
“Khloe and Tristan had the baby in the works when the scandal hit,” the outlet reported.
“By this time, Khloe was like, ‘I’m going to do it on my own.'”
According to the outlet, they are “not back together and haven’t spoken outside of co-parenting matters since December.”
Khloe’s sister Kim used a surrogate for her third and fourth children with her ex Kanye West – they have co-parented despite their ups and downs.
TRISTAN SCANDAL
Tristan had an affair with Maralee when he was supposedly mutually exclusive with Khloe.
In December, Tristan welcomed a son named the Onow five months old, with Maralee, 31.
In January he admitted in a long Instagram post that he is indeed the father of Maralee’s child.
After the NBA player revealed the paternity results, he also gave a public apology to Khloe.
“Khloe, you don’t deserve this. You don’t deserve the grief and humiliation I caused you,’ Tristan said.
“You do not deserve the way I have treated you over the years. My actions are certainly not in line with the way I see you.
“I have the utmost respect and love for you, whatever you think. Again, I’m so incredibly sorry.”
