The reality star, 41, recently admitted she’s lost 21 pounds in just over a month, amid her family’s fears that she’s “the thinnest she’s ever been”.

And Kim showed off her dwindling frame Monday night when she hit the road in a tiny two-piece.
The mum of four shone in the plunging crop top with crisscross straps at the waist.
She completed her outfit with a silver mini tote and huge black wraparound sunglasses.
The reality star joined her family at Kris Jenner’s $20 million mansion to celebrate Khloe’s 38th birthday.
Kim shocked fans last month when she lost 16 pounds in three weeks to fit into Marilyn Monroe’s iconic dress for the Met Gala.
The SKIMS founder told Vogue on the red carpet: “I’ve tried [the dress] and it didn’t suit me. I said, “Give me three weeks.”
“I had to lose 16 pounds today. It was such a challenge. It was like a… [movie] role. I was determined to pass [into] Item. I haven’t eaten any carbohydrates or sugar for about three weeks.”
And last week, Kim admitted she’s lost even more weight after sticking to the ultra-strict diet.
She said on the TODAY show: “It actually taught me a lot about my lifestyle and my health, and I’ve continued to eat really healthy ever since.
“I mean, I’ve lost 21 pounds now. I’m not trying to lose more weight, but I have more energy than ever.
Meanwhile, The Sun has exclusively revealed that Kim’s family is concerned that she is losing too much weight and “barely sleeping”.
She has admitted that her busy schedule of filming the family’s reality show, studying to become a lawyer, looking after her four children and her bi-coastal romance with Saturday Night Live star Pete Davidson has taken its toll.
FEAR OF KIM
“Kim always looks great, but she’s good at keeping how stressed out she is,” an insider told The Sun.
“She’s the thinnest she’s ever been and barely sleeps. Her family knows this is in large part due to her recovery from a very controlling marriage, and her determination to show Kanye how much better she’s doing without him.
“But while she was previously incredibly healthy and well-rested, she now has constant jet lag and finds it difficult to fit workouts in. I think Kim is having a really hard time but won’t admit it.
“She has a great time with Pete, but the travel takes its toll and she barely sleeps. Everyone is afraid that she has a burnout.”
SECRET SURGERY?
A surgery blog speculated that Kim had had an endoscopic sleeve — which is a newer type of minimally invasive weight loss procedure.
The Instagram account SurgeonMadeCurves last week shared a photo of Kim looking slim in a tiny bikini while on vacation.
Thet wrote: “I get the impression she and Khloe did the endoscopic sleeve, but I’m not sure.
“For those wondering, they slit your stomach like a mini-sleeve, but they go through your mouth/throat.”
In endoscopic sleeve gastroplasty, a suturing device is placed in your throat and up into your stomach.
Sutures are then placed in your stomach to make it smaller and limit how much you can eat, leading to significant weight loss.
