Tammy, 28, posted a video of himself working out in a tiny pink bikini, giving fans a glimpse of her toned figure and slim shape.
She welcomed a third child just a month prior to the post.
In her caption, she talked about “motivation” and wrote, “My own motivation 8 WEEK TONE & SHRED CHALLENGE STARS MONDAY!! @tammyhembrowfitness we had so many requests to bring this challenge back and I’m extremely excited to see everyone’s results!
“I wish I could do it with you, but I’ll encourage you.”
Fans flocked to the comments to show their support and gushing about Tammy’s fit figure.

The post comes after she showed off her huge baby bump on social media in mid-June.

With her due date approaching, Tammy shared a series of snaps of herself with a white sports bra and matching shorts.
In the first photo, she was standing with one hand on her stomach as she looked into the distance.
A second photo showed the mother-to-be staring straight into the camera as she sat on the couch with a serious look on her face.
A third click brought her stomach into full view as she looked down and admired it.
Tammy captioned the post with two hands in the shape of a heart emoji.
HIM-BROKEN?
Days prior to the post, Tammy shared an unfortunate update with her fans from the hospital.
She revealed that she had had a terrifying accidentposting a photo of her hand covered with gauze and a bandage.
She wrote: “Little update, lots of tears and spent in hospital yesterday but surprisingly not baby related.”
She continued, “I had a clean-up and stitches from a dog bite. Not the best day to say the least, but I’m totally fine, just sore.”
“I’m glad the baby hasn’t appeared yet, because I can’t do anything with this hand right now.”
Tammy has not confirmed whether it was her dog or anyone else’s.
However, her close call isn’t the only reason fans are buzzing about her.
WOLF’S MAMA DRAMA
Kylie is no longer friends with Tammy after they got into a fight about… give their children the same name.
When the Kardashians star announced her newborn son’s name was Wolf, fans noticed it was the same name as Tammy’s six-year-old son.
The 24-year-old later announced that she decided to… change Wolf’s name because it “didn’t suit him”.
Kylie still hasn’t revealed her son’s new name publicly.
Some fans thought she changed his name because of the fallout with Tammy.
Tammy subtly called her ex-BFF’s name choice in a Instagram post where she posed with her oldest child.
The Australian model wrapped one arm around Wolf and the other around her baby bump as the two smiled into each other’s eyes.
She simply captioned the shot with a nod to her oldest child’s name: “My Wolf.”
In addition to Wolf, Tammy is also the mother of her daughter Saskia, who she had with her ex-fiancé, Reece Hawkins.
In 2018, she and Reece called it quits.
