Linda Nolan celebrated her 64th birthday with pink cake and relatives during her third fight with cancer.
The former member of the music group The Nolans was first diagnosed with stage three breast cancer in 2005 before getting everything clear in 2006.
Despite the good news, she was diagnosed with cellulitis and lymphedema in her arm a year later.
The singer will come on Friday afternoon her health problems on the one hand to spend some quality time with family on her special day.
The star took to Instagram and shared a video from her birthday party along with an image of herself gleefully showing off a pink birthday cake.
She wrote a caption to the post that read, “Will they still need me, will they still feed me when I’m 64? Well I had one cake for me and another one for me!
“Thank you so much for the love and wishes… Currently I am taking care of the mother of all hangovers but I feel very blessed to have seen another birthday [sic]’.
Fans continued the celebrations in the comments section and sent Linda many well wishes.
One wrote: ‘Linda you look amazing!!! I wish you a very happy birthday!! Only 64?? I’m turning 80 next year and I’m inviting you all to my party in East Grinstead!! [sic]’.
Another typed: “Happy belated birthday beautiful human, love you and hope you had the best day ever [sic]’, while this fan said, ‘Happy birthday Linda, you look fantastic and don’t look like 64 [sic]’.
Fellow celebrity Charlotte Dawsy just went off: “Happy birthday” followed by a string of red love hearts.
The birthday post came after the singer shared a new health update revealing she was trying out a new treatment for her latest cancer diagnosis.
Linda’s incurable secondary breast cancer on her pelvis was discovered by doctors after she fell on her hip.
In 2020, she was re-diagnosed with the disease for a third time and has since undergone ongoing treatment that resulted in her losing her hair and eyebrows.
Linda has remained open to her fans throughout her journey, admitting she was willing to “do anything to stay alive.”
