Love Island’s Amber Beckford isn’t the most pleased with her former love interest Dami Hope for moving on with Indiyah Polack right after she was dumped out of the villa.
The 24-year-old nanny was eliminated alongside Ikenna Ekwonna in a brutal double exit, but she had only just walked out the door and Dami confessed her feelings for Indiyah.
Since then, the couple went on the “perfect” first date, leading viewers to think they could win the series.
Discussing her reaction to the antics on Sunday’s Aftersun, Amber revealed she was “too stunned to speak” after discovering they had been dating after her axe.
She went on to claim that she had “actual kisses in bed” with Dami, despite his secret flirtation with Indiyah, but that the scenes had been cut from the program.
“They could have waited until at least we got our water bottles there,” Amber commented when presenter Laura Whitmore asked her what she thought of the surprising new couple.
“Yeah, it was a goddamn shock, but then it was Ekin-Su . used to be [Cülcüloğlu] and Tasha [Ghouri]I was like, “Okay, read the room,” Amber said of her elimination.
“I feel like Dami definitely had time to pull me in between chats. We had kisses in bed as a real kiss, which was not shown. He certainly had time to tell me.’
She continued: “I was a little shocked. I won’t lie, I talked to them both and had no idea. They both said, “No, just friends.” I was too stunned to speak.’
Ikenna, who sat next to Amber on Aftersun, confesses that the guys at the villa know that Gemma Owen’s father is football legend Michael Owen.
He told Laura, ‘We didn’t know until the second or third day, though.
“I don’t think the girls knew the way the boys knew.”
Well, there we have it!
Love Island airs tonight at 9pm on ITV2 and Aftersun airs Sundays at 10pm on ITV2.
