Love Island star Coco Lodge has revealed she has an unresolved drama with Paige Thorneclaiming that she found out that the paramedic didn’t like her “vibes.”
Coco, 27, was thrown out of the villa last week after her partner Andrew Le Page27, linked to Tasha Ghouric when she returned from Casa Amor.
But it seems that not only romantic relationships in the ITV2 program were strained for the graphic designer from Surrey.
Coco took to TikTok and brought up “issues” with current islander Paige, 24, who is dating Adam Collard.
Coco said she wasn’t aware of any issues with the Welsh contestant until after her resignation.
‘She had a problem with me, or whatever, telling someone she didn’t like my vibe. I’m actually only now finding out,” she told her followers.
Coco also claimed that Paige was “annoyed” when someone compared their looks, saying, “She didn’t want to look like me.”
She went on: “Then of course…” [Paige] told Gemma [Owen] giggling that I had a four out of ten and she a twelve, which isn’t nice or nice.’
Coco has previously talked about the cruel and sexist rankings on the Murad Merali podcast, where he claimed it took place off-camera and was discussed among the boys.
Revealing that she tried “very, very hard” to bond with Paige, Coco says: “And [for Paige] to go and tell one of my best friends Summer [Botwe] that she just doesn’t like my vibes when I did nothing but try really hard for her because she was the least welcoming to all of us.
‘I never had any contact with Jacques or anything; I just didn’t understand her problem with me. Was it because I was a different brunette? I don’t know.’
Coco has been outspoken since leaving the villa, admitting she was left ‘lonely and bored’ being single in Mallorca.
“I think it can be quite boring, the days can be so long. It doesn’t get dark until 9 or 10 p.m., so the days are so long and it takes a really long time,” she added.
“And if you’re not a couple, it can be pretty lonely. I thought it would still be super fun even if you’re single there, but it can be pretty lonely if you’re not a couple.”
Love Island is now in its final stages, with the highly anticipated final episode set to air on Monday, August 1.
There are now only five couples left: Andrew and Tasha, Adam and Paige, Dami Hope and Indiyah Polack, Luca Bish and Gemma Owen, Davide Sanclimenti and Ekin-Su Cülcüloğlu.
