Love Island star Deji Adeniyi has proved that he is the gift that keeps on givingeven after booting from the villa.
Since his departure, Deji has continued to provide fans with all the tea, including what really happened in between Ekin-Su Culculoglu and Natalia Camposafter the bomb that the Turkish soap star cheekily called ‘Ekin-Who?’
The battle between Ekin-Su and Nathalia over Italian stallion Davide Sanclimenti reached a record high, culminating in a pancake challenge to win his heart.
Tensions between them became particularly tense one night when Ekin-Su asked Nathalia, “Are you all right? Do you have a problem with me? It feels like you have a problem with me.’
While Nathalia insisted she had no problem, Ekin-Su didn’t go down without a fight, saying, “You know what I’ve learned, my dear, cooking is the best way to end a fight. You can prove my love to me with your pancakes, to see how good you are.’
Nathalia reacted boldly: ‘I don’t have to prove anything dear, who are you to prove anything to me?’
Ekin-Su replied sassily back: ‘I’m Ekin-Su baby and there’s only one of me.‘
And then came the rule of the night, with Nathalia saying, ‘Who is that for me? But who is that to me, Ekin-wie…?’
While we didn’t hear what Ekin-Su replied at the time, Deji has revealed what really happened.
“After Nathalia said Ekin-wie, Ekin replied ‘Ekin-your mother,'” Deji said, unable to contain his laughter.
“And for me that’s the funniest moment,” he continued.
As if we ever needed proof that Ekin-Su really was the star of the villa…
The Turkish actress has had her share of iconic moments in the villa, from fights with fellow islanders, to one-liners we’ll quote over the next year.
And she’s fine and has really stolen the hearts of the nation over the past few weeksas well as Davide’s.
In fact, she’s the first contestant this year to hit a social media milestone, reaching a million followers on Instagram.
And now, while she and Davide are… run the risk of being dumped out of the villa just a day before the final, fans promise to do their very best to ensure she stays for that crown.
