The decision was left to their co-stars, with the girls deciding which boy to dump while the guys chose the girl to leave.
Their fate hung in the balance after viewers were asked to vote for the couples they thought would be the most compatible.
The three couples with the fewest votes were left vulnerable, with the final choice left to their fellow islanders in a savage twist.
Andrew Le Page and Tasha Ghouri, Danica Taylor and Jay Younger and Antigoni and Charlie were the ones who got the fewest votes from the public, but the top four got another chance to impress their fellow hopefuls.
