Love Island’s Paige Thorne visits ex-colleagues as she plans to return to allied health career weeks after leaving villa

about island star Paige Thorne has visited her old colleagues in hopes of resuming her job after her appearance on the ITV2 dating show.

The 24-year-old Welsh finished fifth in this year’s series next to Adam Collard28, who returned to the villa like a bomb.

Thorne posted a video clip to her Instagram on Monday, where she was seen laughing with former colleagues in the office, dressed in their paramedic uniforms.

The visit comes just two weeks after Love Island came to an end.

Thorne previously shared her plans with Lorraine: “I have a meeting to return to paramedic work, so it’s going to be exciting. I recently saw an ambulance with sirens on.

“I’d like some serious FOMO! I was like, “Give me back my ambulance!” So I’m going to come back to that a little bit and see what opportunities come from that. ”

She added: “It’s one of those things – I really just love my job. So why wouldn’t I want to go back to it? I have really enjoyed it. But I will do other things besides it.”

The reality star later bit herself at Bristol Airport, shortening the visit to her old job for the time being.

On the daytime show, Collard appeared alongside Thorne as the pair confirmed they’re boyfriend and girlfriend but “played it cool” by waiting to drop the “I love you’s.”

The pair also addressed the split rumors after the show ended, with Collard saying, “What it was is we’re very big in family. It’s one of the things I love about her, but [turning to Paige] you wanted to go to Swansea and keep her mother happy.

“That was my job, of course, and then I also wanted to go home. And that was it. I think it was because we were the only islanders who did and we didn’t stay in London. So now we’re good. We always knew we were.”

Thorne added: “My mom would have been so upset if I hadn’t gone home and Adam would have been in the doghouse even more.

“She absolutely loves him now. It took him two minutes to get to Swansea and she was just obsessed, just like the rest of the family.
