M6 traffic: Chaos on key UK motorway as huge crash causes 13-mile queues | UK | News

The M6 ​​northbound was halted on Friday after a collision near Stoke-on-Trent.

According to National Highways, delays of up to 90 minutes and a 13-mile (21-kilometre) tailback were reported following a crash between J15 Hanchurch Interchange (Stoke-on-Trent, Newcastle-under-Lyme A500) and J16 Barthomley Interchange (Stoke-on-Trent, Crewe, Nantwich, Chester A500).

Recovery vehicles were sent to the scene to remove the vehicles involved.
