34-year-old man was last arrested for murder of nine-year-old schoolgirl Olivia Pratt-Korbel from Liverpool
Merseyside police have arrested a 34-year-old man on suspicion of murdering nine-year-old Olivia Pratt-Korbell, who was shot dead in her Liverpool home last month.
The schoolgirl died at the city’s Alder Hey Children’s Hospital after being shot on Aug. 22 when a man broke into their home while being chased by a gunman who opened fire.
Olivia was fatally injured and her mother Cheryl was also hit by the same bullet.
The force said: “Detectives have arrested the 34-year-old man on suspicion of the murder of Olivia Pratt-Korbel on August 22, 2022.
“The investigation into Olivia’s murder is ongoing and we continue to call on those with information to come forward to help us bring those responsible to justice.

Ten men have since been arrested over the incident, which sent a shock wave through the city. No fees have been charged.
