Man Utd transfer news LIVE: PSG ‘want’ Rashford, Frenkie de Jong deal AGREE, players want Cristiano Ronaldo OUT

Good morning Man Utd fans

French giants Paris Saint-Germain are reportedly planning a sensational transfer flight for Marcus Rashford.

The Ligue 1 champions are keen to add an attacker to superstars Lionel Messi and Kylian Mbappe.

Gary Neville has admitted it will be “embarrassing” if Manchester United miss Frenkie de Jong – and “horrific” if he joins Chelsea.

The United legend told Football Daily: “If they (United) don’t get him it’s embarrassing, but if he goes to Chelsea it’s terrible.

“If he doesn’t want to come, the deal would have been called off a few weeks ago.

“Because of the relationship the player has with the manager, there has to be some communication between them that says, ‘Wait for me, I’m coming’.”

Manchester United hope to seal the deal for Adrien Rabiot by having the club’s football director personally negotiate in Turin.

The Red Devils are about to sign 27-year-old Rabiot, but his huge wage demands are delaying the transfer.

The midfielder – and his agent’s mother – are reportedly asking for a whopping £8.5 million year contract to close the deal.

And United chief John Murtough has flown to Italy in a bid to finally land the Juventus midfielder.

The Mirror reports that Rabiot’s mother, Veronique, has made it clear that she will only have to deal with Murtough.

She is considered a tough negotiator and would make demands on Champions League football.

Finally, United icon Paul Ince believes the club should sell Cristiano Ronaldo, as CR7 will eventually “find a way out of Old Trafford”.

The Red Devils superstar is desperate to leave so he can continue playing in the Champions League.

And Reading gaffer Ince believes it’s better for United to part with Ronaldo sooner rather than later.

The 54-year-old warned that Ronaldo will eventually escape, but the sooner he is sold, the more time the club has to find a replacement.

Ince told Safe Gambling Sites UK : “It’s a difficult one. Of course you think about the goals he scored last year – 18 goals he got last year, if he doesn’t score those goals they are in the bottom half of the table.

“So it shows the importance that Ronaldo has for this team.

“But I’m always of the opinion, if a player wants to leave, and he hinted that he wanted to leave three or four weeks ago, if I’m a manager then I think ‘okay, I should go’ and get a striker’.

“Because eventually, if a player is unhappy at the club, they eventually find a way out.”
