Of those, 78 percent believe women are attracted by their large organ of vision.

But only 10 percent said the women they had affairs with also owned a big conk.

Only 18 percent of cheaters had a small nose, according to a poll of 2,000 members of the dating site illlicitencounters.com.

Spokeswoman Jessica Leoni said: “Big noses may not be the most attractive feature, but there’s something about them that exudes a touch of masculinity.”

Emily Bamford, 34, beauty salon assistant from Birminghamadded: “I don’t know what it is, but there’s something about a man with a big nose that’s very sexy, so maybe that’s why they cheat more often.

“My friends get the Micky out of me because some of my boyfriends have had big noses and it’s become a thing with me.

“They were both bad boys with a wandering eye, but they were always up for a laugh.”
