MIKEL ARTETA wants to create his own United Nations at Arsenal after promising to turn down any locker room clicks.
The signing of £ 45 million Gabriel Jesus means Arsenal now have seven Portuguese speakers in their squad.

But Arteta made it clear that he expected all his players to communicate in English – after dealing with German- and French-speaking factions.
Arteta stated: “I do not want a Brazilian group and I do not want a Portuguese group.
“The important thing for me is that they unite with the whole team. I want a team that is fully integrated so that they can build a strong and trusting relationship between each other.
“Of course you will have more chemistry between some players than between others and it is important for new players to have someone with whom they have already spent time who understands your culture.

“But for sure we will promote that integration between them all.”
Not that Arteta has any concerns about Jesus, who already speaks fluent English after his six years at Manchester City.
He says: “Gabby’s first characteristic is his character, the person, the smile and what he represents as a human being.
“He is an incredible professional person with his work ethic, enthusiasm and the atmosphere he will create on the training field.

“I think he will set other standards at the club because he is just used to winning.
“He is only 25 years old, which is still very early for a goal scorer, but he has had so many experiences over the past six years that have made him the player he is today.
“He went through difficult places where he did not play much football, but he has always shown passion, hunger and desire. And that’s what makes him so special.
“He played as a left wing, a right wing, a number nine and a false nine.
That versatility is one of the qualities we want in our forwards.
“We have a very dynamic team up front. We have three or four players who can play in different positions and different formations.
“We want to be unpredictable, but at that stage be specific to achieve certain qualities that we did not have in the group. And with Gabby, we both do it at the same time. ”
Arteta is equally confident that rookie playmaker Vieira could also make a significant impact, even though he completed just one full season at Porto before his recent £ 30m move.
He says: “When I started looking at Fabio, I said it’s a player who represents the way I want to play.
“It’s not so long ago that he made his debut at Porto, but we were really impressed with his maturity and he fits in with our model, so I’m very excited to have him.”
