The reports come amid speculation that the couple – who met on the set of the hit ITV2 series in 2019 – had ended things.
Early May Molly-Mae failed to wish Tommy a happy birthday on social media and had previously complained about a “sex drought” during a question and answer video.
Tommy, who has Traveler inheritance, also apparently behaves in a way that confuses his middle-class girlfriend.
Raised in Hertfordshire, Molly-Mae is the daughter of two police officers and complains about Tommy's habit of going out with friends, that she 'doesn't know where he's going'.
He also enjoys drinking alcohol – something Molly-Mae avoids and it was claimed they had spent a significant amount of time apart.
A friend said: 'They spend quite a bit of time apart. They lead very separate lives.'

Molly-Mae and Tommy led to relationship problems last year when she was seen without an engagement ring several times.
Their 'rocky patch' came next Tommy's wild nights out in Dubai with Chris Brown left Molly-Mae 'mortified' by his party behavior but in February she seemingly suggested that Tommy's secret hand injury is what 'caused so much trouble' within their family.
She said: ''He didn't share it with anyone or even training through the Jake Paul things, I wrote a caption on Instagram that said “we have been through some really hard times as a family” and I feel like the injury always caused us so many problems and was always there but we never talked about it.
