Monkeypox: UK has more than 1,000 cases

There are more than 1,000 cases of monkeypox in the UK, as shown by the latest figures from the Health Security Agency (HSA).

Currently, there are 1,076 infections nationwide, an increase of 32% from the figures reported on Friday.

Dr. Sophia Macchi, UKHSA Incident Director, said: The number of cases is expected to continue to increase in the coming days and weeks.
