“My brothers don’t fight or kill yourself over a woman”

Mustapha Gembu, a popular social media activist for Hausa, has advised men not to commit suicide because of women.

Gembu stated this while responding to photos of the late governor of Taraba, the widow of Danbaba Suntai, Hauwa, with her much younger husband, Haliru Saad Malami.

Suntai was involved in a plane crash in Yola in 2012 and was flown abroad for treatment. He died on June 28, 2017 in Houston, Texas, United States, after battling the impact of the plane crash that left him unable to hold any position.

Hauwa married Malami in 2019, two years after Suntai’s death.

“THIS LIFE IS NOT BALANCE! My brothers don’t fight or kill over a woman, but fight to get rich in others to live a great life,” Gembu wrote.

“While the family of the late Governor Danbaba Suntai of Taraba State continues to mourn his dead, the life of the wife, Hajiya Hauwa, continues sweetly, smoothly and lavishly with her young and wealthy husband, Mr. Malami, Hajiya’s younger brother. Turai, wife of the late President Yar’adua.”
