My Daughter Tossed Her Frisbee Into My Nightmare Neighbor’s Yard And Now She Refuses To Return It – I’m Furious

IT IS NOT uncommon for footballs, Frisbees and other garden toys to find their way into adjacent gardens.

Usually they are only too happy to throw them back over the fence and that’s where the story ends.

But one of the parents was furious when their daughter’s Frisbee flew over the fence into their neighbor’s yard and she refused to return it.

They explained Quora: “My daughter was playing with her Frisbee with her friends.

“It went over the neighbor’s fence and now she refuses to return the Frisbee.

Most people agreed that not returning the Frisbee was petty on the part of the neighbor, especially if it didn’t damage anything when it flew over.

One joked that if the neighbor was petty and took the Frisbee hostage, they should do the same and just buy more Frisbees to launch over the fence.

Next to “sending a bulk order to the neighbor with a note saying ‘since you obviously need children’s toys I thought you’d appreciate these’.

Some people thought they were worrying about nothing and that it would be easier to just give their daughter a new Frisbee and tell her not to play with it in the yard.

Another thought the neighbor was cruel: “Blimey, some people have terrible neighbors, just leave it and buy another Frisbee.

“Nowadays, if they want your help, whatever comes around.”

Others were convinced there was more to the story than the irritated parent showed

One said, “Maybe this is more common and when the kids go to the neighbor’s yard to get the Frisbee, they walk through her flowers or maybe the kids are taunting the neighbor, calling her names or doing other things. to annoy her.”

Another added: “I live on a street where balls and frisbees were banned… they caused so much damage to people’s property, children and adults jumping into their gardens and destroying plants.

“Use a Frisbee in a park, not in backyards. They are a nuisance and the neighbors have a right not to return it… think about other people, not just yourself.”
