My wife demands money before *, #wife #demands #money #* Welcome to OLASMEDIA TV NEWSThis is what we have for you today:
Mr. Adegbenga Dada, a marine engineer and prince from Eruku in the Ekiti Local Government Area of Kwara State, has said his wife is demanding money rather than *.
He said this in a lawsuit filed in a Kwara High Court sitting in Ilorin.
Dada wants his 28-year marriage to Roseline Dada annulled on charges of adultery.
He claimed that his wife is promiscuous and that this has affected her household chores, adding that she involved their female children by sending them errands to collect money from her numerous male friends.
Adegbenga, who is from Kwara but lives in Lagos, said: “My wife left our bedroom and went to the guest room. She would insist unless I issue a check for a significant amount, she would not succumb to my *advances. Any non-issuance of a check will result in a total refusal.
“The marriage broke up because my wife and I can no longer sit together to talk about our lives and that of our children.”
He also prayed to the court to grant him custody of the three children produced by the union.
Roseline in her response denied the allegations while accusing her husband of adultery.
However, she said she was not against the dissolution of the marriage but prayed that the court would give her co-ownership of their Lagos building, which she said was a joint project carried out by her and the petitioner.
At the trial, the petitioner said through his counsel, Mr Josiah Adebayo, that the *photos of the defendant with a lover retrieved from her phone were intended to add weight to the evidence and not to ridicule her.
Judge ST Abdulqadri delivered her verdict and granted the dissolution of the marriage, saying that the evidence presented to the Court regarding the charges of adultery against the defendant was true.
It considered that the defendant, Ms Dada, did not co-own a property in Lagos State with the petitioner.
However, the court has not granted custody of the three children from the 28-year marriage to either party, as they are adults older than 20 years.
