Actress Natassia Malthe told how Harvey Weinstein tried to force her to have a threesome with him and a ‘prostitute’ in a hotel in 2008.
Malthe, 48, told the chilling story during her testimony at the sex crimes trial of the disgraced Hollywood mogul on Wednesday.
The model and actress shared how Weinstein lured her to his hotel room under the pretense that she would provide him with an audition tape.
But when he got there, she found him engaging in oral sex with a prostitute instead, and the pair tried to lure her into an orgy.
She described the pressure of the situation by saying Weinstein had her “by the throat” because if she didn’t “follow” his advances, she knew her career would be derailed.
During her testimony, Malthe also recounted how Weinstein raped her in a hotel earlier that year, only to invite her to audition for one of his films the next day.
The harrowing testimony came on the same day the judge dismissed four assault charges after one of his accusers – Jane Doe 5 – withdrew from the case.

Malthe said Weinstein was thinking of casting her in a musical film, and after months of singing lessons and practice, she recorded her voice and emailed him to send him a sample.
She clarified that she wanted to send him the sample CD rather than deliver it in person, to prevent him from seeing it as it had only been months since he raped her.
However, Weinstein said he wanted the sample delivered personally, insisting in his reply email that she take it to his assistant at the Peninsula Hotel in New York City.
Malthe said Weinstein mentioned in his email that they had a threesome together. she replied to him that she didn’t want “hanky-panky” with him.
“I’m not the type of person to do a threesome, I’m just not wired that way,” she testified.
“I said I don’t want tissues. I told him.’

Malthe said she agreed to drop the CD off at the hotel, but that when she arrived Weinstein’s assistant refused to take it, insisting instead that she personally deliver it to Weinstein.
“I tried to give her the CD, and she said, ‘No, Mr. Weinstein wants you to follow me and talk about the movie.’
Realizing Weinstein was trying to lure her into his room, Malthe said she thought “f**k the fuck” when the assistant led her to the room.
Once in the hotel room, she said that Weinstein had chucked her CD aside, and when she turned around his assistant was gone.
“He tricked me into entering his hotel. Suddenly I’m in his hotel room,’ she said.

Malthe burst into tears as she remembered the prostitute and her skinny legs. And they tried to make me have a threesome with them. And I already said I didn’t want that.’
She said Weinstein and the other woman started laughing with each other about how shy Malthe was. She said the woman then started giving Weinstein oral sex.
“And this prostitute, who I think is a prostitute. Is like, ‘oh she’s so shy’ and she and Weinstein laughed. And she gave him a blow job.’
“I was still trying to control the situation because I really wanted to make a quality film,” Malthe testified.
“She was coaxing me into coming on, come on, and put on a robe.”
“He’s got you by the throat, knowing that if you don’t comply, your career is on the rocks, knowing that this thing you’ve been working on for months. And that’s not right.’

A judge has dismissed four sexual assault charges against Harvey Weinstein after prosecutors said they would not bring testimony from an accuser identified as Jane Doe 5
Malthe said Weinstein raped her several months before the meeting after she banged on her hotel room door in the middle of the night and demanded to be let in.
“He just stood there, his shirt was a little ruffled, his pants were ruffled. He looked like he had been somewhere else, he didn’t look so tidy. He just stormed in,” she testified.
“He said no one becomes an A-lister unless it’s through me.”
“He was called Harvey with one phone call, meaning he could make or break you, he was the most powerful person in Hollywood, he created stars, he could make a movie disappear by shelving it, he was a genius. ‘
“I was just so scared of this guy, he had so much power… he epitomized the movie world,” she said. “I just thought that this man is so powerful that I have no idea what to do in this situation and I completely froze.”
She said he told her to “think about all the Oscars” people had won and thanked him, saying “everyone had to go through him, which means he had to comply.”
“He took off his pants and pushed me on the bed and climbed on top of me and I told him, ‘I’m not doing the casting couch.’
“I looked into the blanket on my bed and he penetrated me.”
“It didn’t take that long because I had zero reaction because I was just playing dead. He got off me and finished himself off. He ejaculated into his hand.’ She said Weinstein then left the hotel room. The next day, she found a script waiting for her in her room.
Jane Doe 5 was represented by high-profile victims’ rights attorney Gloria Allred, who is also representing Jane Doe 2 in Weinstein’s rape trial in Los Angeles. He now faces seven charges
Supreme Court Justice Lisa Lench dismissed two counts of forced rape and two counts of oral copulation against the 70-year-old disgraced movie magnate — in connection with two alleged incidents, one in November 2009 and one in November 2010.
The move seemed likely since the opening statements of the trial three weeks ago, when prosecutors mentioned only four women Weinstein accused of assault during opening statements, leaving out Jane Doe 5.
Prosecutors initially upheld the charges, leaving open the possibility of the woman testifying, while Weinstein’s defense had sought a final decision on the matter.
The Los Angeles County District Attorney has not issued an explanation as to why they chose to leave the woman out of the trial. She was represented by high-profile victims’ rights attorney Gloria Allred, who also represents Jane Doe 2.
The remaining seven charges against Weinstein are two counts of rape and five other counts of sexual assault. Prosecutors are expected to rest their case by the end of the week.
Weinstein, the man who became the face of #MeToo allegations five years ago, is already serving a 23-year sentence for sex crimes in New York.
