Nelson-Marlboro Records 29th Death in Omicron Outbreak

During the weekend, the Ministry of Health reported the deaths of two other people with Covid-19 in Nelson-Marlboro.

Since the outbreak of Omicron began in late January, 29 people have now died of Covid-19 in Nelson Marlboro.

The recent deaths of two people infected with the virus in the upper part of the south were reported by the Ministry of Health over the weekend.

On Tuesday, the ministry reported that another 16 people died using Covid-19 nationwide. No one was from Nelson Marlboro.

Of the deaths reported on Tuesday, one was between the ages of 10 and 19, three were in their 70s, six were in their 80s, and six were over 90. Eleven were men and five were women.
