Netflix is looking for a new chief accounting officer.

The streaming giant said on Friday that Ken Barker, who joined the company in June, had tendered his resignation effective October 7.

“Mr. Barker’s resignation was a personal decision and is not the result of a disagreement with the company over any matter related to the company’s finances, operations, policies or practices,” Netflix added in a securities filing.
