Nicki Minaj‘s husband Kenneth Petty will spend time not registering as a *offender in California, but much to the dismay of the FBI – he will do that time at the mansion where he and Nicki live.
A federal judge on Wednesday sentenced the 44-year-old to 1 year of house arrest, 3 years’ probation and a $55,000 fine. Petty pleaded guilty in September 2021.
Olasmediatv.com broke the story… prosecutors within the US Attorney’s Office had pleaded house arrest would not be a punishmentbecause Nicki and Kenneth live in a luxurious multi-bedroom townhouse in a gated Calabasas community.
They had recommended Petty to receive 15 months in prison and 5 years probation, but the judge clearly disagreed that he should receive such a harsh sentence.
Petty was convicted of a 1994* in NYC where he spent more than 4 years in prison. When he moved to Cali with Nicki, he was not on the list of perpetrators and then the FBI arrested him.
