Fear she was “dangerously anemic.” were suppressed, and she’s since come out on the show because she had time for her stint early.

Last night, she shared a quote on Instagram that read, “Control your emotions. A calm mind can handle any storm.”

It was followed by another saying, “One day at a time.”

The reality star previously insisted she was on her way to “bigger and better things” following her departure from the jungle.

The 31 year old used to be rushed to A&E after parachuting over a deserted island for her first challenge of the show.

She turned out to have abnormal blood test results but soon got the all-clear.

However, after nightly crisis talks, bosses ruled it was unsafe for her to return.

Olivia told her Instagram fans: “Dear ones, I honestly don’t think words will ever be able to explain my gratitude for your love and support over the past few weeks.

“I will make it up to you with something bigger and better! (That is my promise, to you and myself.)”

She also said she was “grateful” to be “fully healthy” again and hinted that there is “so much to look forward to this year and next.”

Olivia told how follow-up examinations by an Australian doctor and professionals in the UK both revealed that her results were “normal”.

“I’ve had more tests done in the UK and they’re all still OK,” Olivia told ITV’s This Morning.

“It makes it harder to accept.”

Olivia explained that she was taken out of camp on the first day for “routine medical checks”.

“The results came back that my iron was low, so that was it show that I had anemia. My potassium and sodium were very low, all the markers you would look for were low.

“They said I had to go to the emergency room. I was admitted, they redid all their own checks and they came back to normal.

“Just before I left the UK I had all those checks and everything was normal.

“The first thing I did was tell the camp doctor ‘can it change in such a short time’.

“He didn’t really have an answer, but said ‘it’s not normal, so we have to see what’s going on’.

“I thought ‘am I pregnant, did I pick up a virus?’

“I felt good, I didn’t feel unwell – there was nothing. I felt healthy. I loved it. I was even more confused. It was all very strange.”

After being told her tests were normal, Olivia thought she would go straight back to camp.

“I went to the hotel and I now know that talks were held all night with production who desperately wanted me back, but the medical team…

“It’s an insurance issue. They need to seek the opinion of other parties.

“I think they thought ‘what if we put her back in and she falls back down, we wouldn’t be covered because we marked it’.”
