Olympian Kim Glass left bloodied after attack by homeless man, video shows

Benson Parks captured the footage on his phone over the weekend, moments after Gl*, who won a silver medal at the 2008 Beijing Olympics, was apparently hit by a heavy object thrown by a homeless man sitting next to her on the street. was standing.

You can see in the clips that there were several piles of blood on Gl*, who held a bandage to her eye and screamed in pain.

The video also shows Parks holding the man suspected of throwing the object.

As we have reported, Gl* claims the incident happened after she finished dinner with a friend.

“He just looked at me with some pretty spiteful eyes,” Gl* said of the attack. “And when I turned around to tell my friend, ‘I think there’s something wrong with him and I think he’s going to hit a car,’ before I knew it, a big metal bolt, like a pipe, hit me here .”

Gl*, 37, said she had suffered multiple facial fractures and needed several s*ches to close the cuts on her face… but thankfully added that doctors were optimistic her vision would eventually return to normal.
