Today, we have OnePlus’ latest flagship earbuds with us: the OnePlus Buds Pro 3. The third-generation model comes with all the bells and whistles, including audio tuned by Danish high-end speaker manufacturer Dynaudio.

The device comes in two colors. The first is Midnight Opus, which has a black and gray finish. The other is Lunar Radiance, which is the model we have here.

OnePlus has opted for a two-tone color and texture combination. The front and back of the case have a leather-like texture that is light brown, while the sides have a deeper gold finish. The leather-like texture is merely a visual trick, as this is neither real nor fake leather, but simply hard plastic. It makes the case look nice enough, but it doesn’t feel particularly premium in the hand.

Impressive is the overall build quality of the chassis. Everything from the even panel gaps to the perfectly solid hinge with no sideways movement shows attention to detail.

Inside, the earbuds sport the same two-tone color scheme as the case. The design is similar to the OnePlus Buds 3, but the carved-out L and R symbols are more reminiscent of the recently launched Nord Buds 3 Pro. Still confused by all the names? Don’t worry, you’re not alone.
