Lily James seemed to embrace her inner Fenella Fielding – who played the vampire Valeria Watt in the 1966 comedy horror hit Carry On Screaming! – while fronting a new campaign for Versace.

Miss James, 33, who is nominated for her first Emmy award for her role as Baywatch star Pamela Anderson in TV series Pam and Tommy, wore a gorgeous red dress with matching gloves, handbag and shoes as she posed with label boss Donatella Versace in Rome.
