For the second day in a row, there has been chaos on the District Line after a disruption at High Street Kensington.
The London Underground The station was closed to commuters during rush hour last night while technicians tried to fix the problem.
Unfortunately, we wake up to find that the line between High Street Kensington and Edgware Road is still partially up in the air.
There are also serious delays on the rest of the line because other work is not completed on time.
High Street Kensington is currently open to commuters, despite having to close the street last night.
TfL says tickets will also be accepted on a number of other services, including: London Buses and C2C.
Elsewhere on the Underground network, there are minor delays on the Metropolitan line between Moor Park and Chesham due to train cancellations.
Improvements to the London Underground
Service on the District line has improved and there are no longer any serious delays across the line.
However, the partial suspension mentioned above is still present.
The previous delays on the Metropolitan line have also now ended.
Signal failure causes delays between Wimbledon and London Waterloo
There are problems in Earlsfield this morning, affecting routes between London Waterloo and Dorking, Guildford, Epsom and Shepperton.
Trains are running at a reduced speed and National Rail says trains between Wimbledon and Waterloo may be delayed or diverted.
The disruption is expected to last until 10am and will cause problems for commuters travelling from Surrey into central London.
These are the service changes caused by this outage that will remain in effect until further notice:
- The stopping trains from Guildford via Cobham and Stoke d'Abernon to London Waterloo do not stop at stations between Surbiton and London Waterloo
- Services from Guildford via Epsom to London Waterloo do not stop at stations between Raynes Park and London Waterloo
- The Shepperton to London Waterloo service will be diverted via Twickenham and will also stop at Strawberry Hill
