The Lionesses play against Germany in today’s game that starts at 5 p.m. at Wembley Stadium.
Prince William will attend the match with Princess Charlotte and his wife Kate.
Last month, while visiting the women’s football team in Staffordshire, William revealed that Charlotte is a football fan.
He told the team: “Charlotte wants me to tell you that she is very good at goal – a budding star for the future.
“She said please can you tell them and I said ‘ok I’ll tell them’.”
If they win, this will be the England women’s team’s first major trophy.
It will also be the nation’s first football honor since the 1966 men’s World Cup victory.
Germany has won the competition eight times to date, beating England 62 in the 2009 European Championship final – the last time the two teams have faced each other in the tournament.
England have only won twice against Germany, having played 27 times.
But one of those wins came in their most recent match, in February 2022.
