Registrations for Apple Entrepreneur Camp are now open

Registration is now open for Apple's app education program's annual Entrepreneur Camp, and this year developers will get in-person sessions.

A little earlier than the last camp until 2023Apple is now inviting applications for the latest in its annual program. Each year, Apple Entrepreneur Camp is designed to help underrepresented and female app founders accelerate their learning.

“This year, we’re including several groups in the program, including our first in-person session since 2019,” Apple said. in a statement“We’re excited to welcome founders back to the Apple Developer Center, where they’ll have the opportunity to learn from Apple experts and meet other developers in person.”

Apple has divided its 2024 annual camp into several cohorts. One is an in-person cohort for Black, Hispanic/Latinx, and Indigenous founders, while a second will also offer in-person training for female founders.

Then there is a combined female and underrepresented group that will take place virtually.

Apple says the in-person sessions will take place at the Apple Developer Center. It's the first time since 2019 that the program isn't entirely virtual.

During the program, developers receive coding lessons from Apple experts. They also meet Apple executives, and after the program, they receive a one-year membership in the Apple Developer Program.

Registrations are now open via Apple's developer siteand closes on September 3, 2024. However, this year there is a difference in the start date of the program, with different start dates for each of the cohorts:

  • Underrepresented Founders: October 28 – November 1
  • Female Founders and Underrepresented Founders: November 11 – November 15
  • Female Founders: December 9th to December 13th

While the first and last cohorts will be based at the Apple Developer Center in Cupertino, applications from developers around the world are welcome. In addition to an extensive Admission criteriaAccording to Apple, up to three people from one organization can participate in the program.
