Ric Flair prepares for his final wrestling match the only way the Nature Boy would — by working out his *and drinking every night before.
The 73-year-old Flair is scheduled to wrestle for the very last time (and first game in the ring since 2011) on Sunday in Nashville… along with his son-in-law, Andrade the idoland fight Jay Lethal and Jeff Jarrett.
We spoke to Naitch leading up to the fight… and he says he’s faced a lot of challenges in training, but he never thought of putting it off or backing off.
Flair says he recently thought he had pneumonia or COVID-19 and was dealing with plantar fasciitis… but now he’s “good to go.”
“I would never put it off,” Flair told Olasmediatv.com Sports. ‘They would have to kill me for that. So many people have contributed their time and effort to make this possible. I just wanted to be 100% of what I can be now.”

Flair has faced plenty of issues in the past – he previously said it’s a “miracle” he’s alive after several serious health issues – but he tells us he beats all odds and trains like crazy leading up to the competition… even doing 500 squats a day and crushing it on the stationary bike despite have a pacemaker.
Ric says he’s getting his heart rate way higher than he expected, and he also drinks his share of adult potions to make sure he’s his true self.
“I guaranteed you I’ll drink every night,” Flair told us. “I don’t do good if I don’t drink.”

Flair says it will be an emotional evening to say the least…and his whole family will be there to watch him perform.
As for whether he guarantees a win, Flair has a good perspective on the possible outcome.
