Royal Family A-Level Results – Who Did Best and Worst? | Royal | News

The Prince and Princess of Wales

Prince William studied at Eton College from 1995 to 2000, gaining 12 GCSEs and three A-levels: an A in Geography, a B in Art and a C in Biology.

He subsequently studied art at St Andrews and then switched to geography.

Meanwhile, his wife attended Marlborough College, where she achieved 11 GCSE exams and three A-levels: an A in maths and art and a B in English.

Until 2005 she studied art history at St. Andrews.

Prince Harry

The Duke of Sussex also attended Eton College, graduating with 11 GCSEs and two A-levels: a B in art and a D in geography.

After that, he decided not to go to university and joined the army instead.

King Charles

The monarch attended Gordonstoun School, where he achieved five GCSE examinations and two A-levels: a B in history and a C in French.

He was still able to attend Cambridge University, where he studied anthropology, archaeology and history.

Charles also served in the Royal Air Force and the Royal Navy.

Princess Anne, Prince Edward and Prince Andrew

King Charles' siblings also did their A-levels when they were younger, but not all of them went on to university.

The Princess Royal achieved six GCSE examinations and three A-levels in English, history and politics.

Her official grades have never been made public. Princess Anne did not attend university.

Prince Edward, on the other hand, achieved nine GCSE exams and three A-levels: a C for English, a D for History and a D for Politics.

He went on to study history at Cambridge University. He also served in the Royal Marines.

Prince Andrewhad, like Princess Anne, six GCSE exams and A-levels in English, history and politics, but his grades have not been released.

He did not go to university, but enrolled at the Britannia Royal Naval College. He also served in the Falklands War.

Princess Beatrice and Princess Eugenie

Princess Beatrice attended St George's School and achieved nine GCSEs and three A-levels – an A in Drama and a B in History and Film Studies.

She eventually went on to study history and history of ideas at Goldsmiths in London.

Princess Eugenie attended Marlborough College – the same college as Princess Kate – and excelled in her GCSEs after gaining two As in Art and English Literature and a B in History of Art

Dame Louise Windsor

Lady Louise took English, history, politics and drama as subjects at St Mary's School, but Buckingham Palace did not release her grades.

However, she is studying English at St Andrews, where the standard entry requirements are AAA.

Zara Tindall

Zara Tindall took three A-level subjects at Gordonstoun School: physical education, geography and biology.

Her grades were not officially released and she ultimately decided not to attend university, choosing instead to focus on her equestrian career.

Of all the royals, Princess Kate and Princess Eugenietogether with Princess Beatrice appear to have achieved the highest scores in their A-levels.

In the meantime, Prince Harry seems to score the worst.
