A royal commentator has identified the greatest danger for Prince Harry And Meghan Markle during the day their Colombia trip.
The Duke and Duchess of Sussex arrived in Colombia on Thursday on their first visit to the South American country. They will participate in various events to promote mental health for young people and how to combat cyberbullying, according to the office of Colombia's vice president.
The couple were invited by the country's vice president, Francia Marquez. Harry and Meghan will have full security during their visit in what is being called a DIY royal tour.
GB News presenter Patrick Christys was critical of the couple's choice to tour, accusing them of “hypocrisy”, citing their ongoing battle with the British government over their safety in the UK. He added that the biggest danger to them is their relationship with the vice president.
He told Sky News Australia: “The idea that he [Prince Harry] And Meghan Markle wouldn't be safe on the streets of Britain is just ridiculous. And the hypocrisy is that he won't bring his family back, not even for his uncle's funeral, because he doesn't feel safe here, but he does take Meghan to the cocaine fueled murderous kidnapping hotspot of Bogota.
“They're visiting as guests of the vice president. It might be worth noting that the vice president has to take a Black Hawk helicopter to work after a series of bomb threats.”
