It claims that Ukrainians held by Russian troops are sent “en masse” to a network of prisons and filter camps. In these camps, Ukrainians are supposedly “verified” and checked whether or not they have combat experience. They are also questioned about whether they are officials of the Ukrainian government and what their attitude is towards Russia.
Those who do not object are deported to Russia, with some being “forcibly conscripted” into the Russian army and sent to the front in Ukraine.
According to the special service, those who do not follow the rules are “forced to testify or make statements against Ukraine, or are taken to court as part of propaganda”.
The special service said it had managed to geolocate a number of Russian prisons and filter camps.
It comes in response to news last month that Ukrainian separatist conscripts were kidnapped and sent to fight their own men.
A wounded Ukrainian soldier made the claims after saying the men were being sent on “suicide missions” that of Putin with almost no military training and obsolete weapons.
Private Serhii said kidnapped separatists “held up something” as they launched attacks on their own men on foot.
This, in turn, has forced Kiev soldiers to turn against their own men and expose their positions to the Russians.
Speaking to the Telegraph, he added: “They literally have no helmets or armored vests, and they are sent to provoke us to fire.

Elissa Slotkin, a Democratic member of the House of Representatives, said Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky is now going head-to-head with Putin — and planned to “slap Russia in the teeth a few times before winter comes.”
Biden government officials gave their briefing yesterday, with Putin’s forces seemingly on the back foot, pushing Ukraine to reclaim the key southern city of Kherson.
Ms Slotkin, who sits on the House Armed Services Committee, later told CNN: “We were informed that more than 75,000 Russians have been killed or injured, which is huge.
“You’ve invested an incredible amount in their land forces, over 80 percent of their land forces are trapped and they are tired. But they are still the Russian army.”
She added: “The main conversation in the briefing was, you know, what else we can and should do for the Ukrainians, literally in the next three to six weeks, very urgent.”
