RYANAIR cabin crew will go on strike at 10 airports in Spain today, causing some flights to be interrupted over the next week.
The airline has said it does not expect much disruption, although the strikes are scheduled to last until Friday.
The USO and SICTPLA unions have confirmed that there will be further strikes from Monday 18 to Thursday 21 and Monday 25 to Thursday 28 July.
Ryanair has said it expects “minimal (if any) disruption to its flight schedules in July due to small and ill-supported Spanish labor strikes”.
Less than 1 percent of Ryanair flights have been affected in the past month by recent small and ill-supported cabin crew strikes called by unions that are either not recognized by or represent a small number of Ryanair staff members.
