It all started after celebrity gossip page DeuxMoi shared a post about an alleged ‘British royal extramarital affair’. It read: “This is so salacious I’m almost too shocked to share with you (but I’ll do it anyway). This British royal extramarital affair is an open secret in London and among the English aristo set, and is it talk of every party, I was told the real reason for the affair was the royal love for *for which the wife is far too old fashioned The wife doesn’t mind her and even prefers her husband his *needs somewhere otherwise satisfying, as long as things don’t get emotional, which was the case with the last woman.#PrinceOfPegging.”

The post left royal fans scratching their heads, many wondering who it was referring to and some drawing their own conclusions. It didn’t take long for the hashtag #PrinceOfPegging to dominate Twitter.

That’s how it works, right?” a disgruntled fan tweeted of the ensuing grapevine.

While one’s *preference is no one’s business, it’s worth noting that the senior royal in question has been in the discussion since 2015. claim he has been interested in * since his college days.
