To set up parental controls on Spotify, log in to your account on the Spotify website and then click the Premium Family tab in the menu on the left. Click the subscription member you want to filter content by. On their profile page you can toggle Allow Explicit Content on or off.

Parental Controls for Spotify Premium Family
Disabling explicit content is quite simple and works on a per-member basis. Only the Spotify Premium Family account holder can customize and toggle these controls Allow Explicit Content on or off for each member of their family plan. If disabled, explicit song titles will be grayed out for that user and they will not be able to listen to them.
How to set up Spotify parental controls (desktop)
Visit the Spotify website in a browser and log in to your account. After logging in you will see a menu on the left; Click on the Premium Family tab.

Visit the Spotify website in your mobile browser. Press Menu (≡) top right button > Login > fill in your account details.
Open the drop-down menu labeled account overviewand then select Premium Family.
In the People on this plan section, tap the account name of the member whose account you want to manage.
On their profile page, tap the Allow Explicit Content toggle (enabled by default) to disable it. Blocks explicit content on that person’s account.
