Snapchat is the latest service offering a paid premium level in its range. Snapchat + is a $ 3.99 / month subscription service that adds several new features, including the option to see who reviewed your stories and the ability to change the app’s icon.
The press release also states that Snapchat + will offer a “collection of exclusive, experimental and pre-release features”, including the option to pin a friend as your BFF in the chat section. Unfortunately, paid users will not have the option to disable ads in the application.
Snapchat + will be available in the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, France, Germany, Australia, New Zealand, Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates at launch with more countries to follow in the coming months.
