300g rump steak
Onions 100g
1 piece of garlic

1 broccoli
Carrot 200g
Frozen mixed vegetables 100g
2 tablespoons of dark soy sauce
1/2 teaspoon of Chinese five-spice powder
Cauliflower rice 200g
Method

Slice the steak and onions and crush the garlic. Season with salt and pepper, add oil to a large frying pan, and bake the steak, onions, and garlic for 6-8 minutes.

Dice the broccoli and add it to the frying pan

Peel the carrots, diced them, and put the frozen mixed vegetables in a frying pan.

Add soy sauce and five-spice powder to a frying pan and fry for 10 to 15 minutes without the lid (add a small amount of water if the sauce simmers quickly).

Add cauliflower rice to a small saucepan with a small amount of water and cook for 4-5 minutes.
