Tonight the BBC show returned to our screens for its highly anticipated 20th season.

Fans were also treated to an incredible dance by the Strictly Come Dancing pros at the beginning of the episode.

hosts Claudia Winkleman and Tess Daly later who introduced the famous faces who participated in this year Strictly Come Dancing have entered into a partnership.

Eagle-eyed viewers were over the moon when they realized that the live audience is BACK and there is no more social distancing.

After TWO years, the audience is finally back.

The show decided to cut a live audience in 2020 due to Covid-19.

Social distancing was also introduced to prevent the spread of the virus.

But now a number of selected dancers can enjoy their best moves in real life in the studio.

Meanwhile, others broke down in tears as the show returned tonight for its 20th series.

This evening’s episode kicked off with an incredible dance routine performed by the professional dancers.

Nancy Xu and Giovanni PerniceaNadiya Bychkova and Kai Widdrington, Dianne Buswell and Johannes Radebe showed their best moves in various locations before taking the stage in the studio.

Nina Simone’s tune Feeling Good played in the background.

They were later joined by the rest of the professionals Nadiya Bychkova, Graziano di Prima, Amy Dowden, Karen Hauer, Katya Jones, Neil Jones, Nikita Kuzmin, Cameron Lombard, Gorka Marquez, Luba Mushtuk and Jowita Przystal.

Viewers were very emotional about the return of the beloved show Strictly Come Dancing.
