Stuart Nash is not seeking re-election
Labor MP Stuart Nash will step down at the election.
Nash was embroiled in a scandal in March. He first resigned as police minister and then was dismissed as cabinet minister.
In a statement Monday afternoon, he confirmed that he would not seek re-election.
