A shocking video shows a cop attacking a detained man on a bus outside the Arlington Arms pub in Eastbourne yesterday.

The footage, shot from the top of the stairs in a double-decker bus, shows two police officers bringing a man to the ground as he thrusts his arms behind his back.

As he lies face down on the floor of the bus, the man screams in pain and tells the officers, “You hurt my hand, you break my hand.”

He repeats the statement several times, before yelling ‘you do my damn hand’, whereupon one of the officers hits the man on the head.

After hitting the man, the officer tells the man to stop squeezing him.

The man replied, “You just hit me too, didn’t you?”

And the Sussex police officer replied, ‘Yes, to pinch me.’
