TEEN Mom fans expressed their condolences to Rachel Beaver after she collapsed on tonight’s episode due to her “insecurities.”
The reality star opened up about her low self-esteem after putting on contact lenses for the first time.

On tonight’s episode of Teen Mom: Young and Pregnant, 20-year-old Rachel made the first contact while preparing for her driving test.
However, the mother-of-one, who is used to going “blurred” around, was upset by the experience.
“I don’t like what I see,” she told her friend Noah.
“Why is that?” he asked
She said, “Because I can see everything on my face. I’ll never wear these unless I’m driving, I can guarantee that.”
Rachel was about to burst into tears and then ran to the bathroom where she told herself negatively in the mirror.
“Look at this crust-a** ugly corn-pit teeth a** b***h. There.”
Although Noah tried to laugh off his girlfriend’s tirade, she continued, “I don’t want to go into my contacts. I feel so self-conscious now.”
While the scene aired, many viewers took to Twitter to voice their concerns about the MTV star.
One wrote: “That’s really sad she doesn’t want to wear her contacts because she doesn’t want to look at herself!”
