Timmons pleaded guilty on July 12 to multiple charges, including aggravated kidnapping/sexual abuse, assault and assault against a family member or household member with a previous conviction.

He was sentenced to 30 years in prison.

A police officer wrote in an affidavit that the victim said Timmons taped her wrists to a tree before raping her.

The woman told the officer that Timmons tied her up with a blue rope and that he hit her on the head.

Police found duct tape and a broken broomstick at the scene, according to CBS19, which obtained the affidavit.

The affidavit states that the victim and Timmons dated and dated for a few months.

But the relationship ended when the man “violently assaulted her,” the document said.

The woman claims to have moved out of Timmons after the split, but told police she started talking to him again weeks before the incident.

According to the affidavit, the woman was leaving an abandoned church with Timmons when he hit her with a candle.

Timmons then forced her to go to a wooded campground with him.

The two were there for three days, according to the document.

The woman claims she was not allowed to wear any clothes and that Timmons “started abusing her and told her he was going to kill and burn her”.

He also threatened her family, the affidavit said.

The woman would then have suggested to clean up and charge their mobile phones.

She managed to escape Timmons, ran into a store and asked for help.

In October, Timmons declined an offer of 45 years behind bars.

He has a Smith County criminal record dating back to 1996, according to CBS19.
